The Barrel Sauna Presents: Sana na mBan for Brigit Festival Dublin

Join us on January 31st from 7pm-9pm at The Barrel Sauna, Dundrum, for a Goddess-Inspired Sauna Session in celebration of Brigit Festival Dublin. This special gathering is dedicated to the everyday goddesses among us—you and me!

The evening will begin with a special blessing to honour renewal, strength, and connection, followed by a goddess-themed guided meditation to set intentions and channel the empowering energy of Brigit, the goddess of fire, creativity, and transformation, as well as Ireland’s mythical goddesses. Afterward, immerse yourself in the rejuvenating experience of the sauna and cold plunge, symbolising transformation and a fresh reset for the year ahead.
