Joining the community here in Tallaght has been an amazing experience. This past July we opened up our Tallaght Sauna location in partnership with Paddy Holohan and the HMA community.

They had space for us in their goals and in their parking lot! Both in and around the gym we share a common purpose. To offer health and wellness opportunities in a safe and inclusive space where everyone is welcome.

We hope to continue to grow here, merge our communities and work together for a long time to come.
