We are delighted to have relocated our Dublin saunas to our new home @ PHASE, D06T0X6 just off Rathgar Avenue. PHASE is an innovative, artist-run multidisciplinary arts space located in the heart of Rathgar, Dublin. Housed in a beautifully renovated ex-garage warehouse, PHASE was born out of a collective of artists who recognized the need for a space designed with artists in mind.

We have three saunas in total on site. Two 8 person saunas, one 6 person sauna, two covered changing areas with private cubicles, two shower areas and plunge tubs.

Massage is available on site from Alanina Therapies and is booked directly with Alana.
