CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by the client via the booking confirmation email up to 6 hours in advance for mixed sessions and 12 hours in advance for private sessions.

Cancellations may be subject to a 5% administration fee.

Cancellations requested within 6 hours of session are non refundable.
